Shipping Information
We handcraft each piece and it is our goal to produce and ship your order within 10 business
days. Of course, we will do our best to ship it to you sooner. If you require same day or
2nd Day shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
There may be a rush charge. We ship through UPS so, please be advised that we cannot
ship to P.O. Boxes. The shipping and handling charges will be emailed to you.

Wholesale Orders
Please place wholesale orders by calling (865) 966-2919. If items are in stock, they will be
shipped immediately. For items that have to be produced, there may be a couple of weeks
until they are completed and ready to ship. Artfully TishTM requires a 50% deposit on all new
wholesale orders. Balance to be paid within 10 business days of receipt of shipment. Tax
ID is required to open an account, but there is no minimum order amount required.

We will be glad to refund your money for any item that you are not completely satisfied with.
Please return the item to Artfully TishTM within 14 days of the ship date and in unused condition
(including the tags). Shipping fees are non-refundable. When flaws do occur, we will be
happy to correct them at our expense. However, slight imperfections of natural stones are
part of the uniqueness of each piece.
